I love this brand of Flax Oil. They use to sell it at the grocery store but not anymore. I've taken it for years & personally they help with my hot flashes. I like that they say " Non-GMO Seeds" on the front label. I've read that EFA Gold is the best when it comes to flax oil.They are not TOO big & they are soft & easy to swallow. Excellent product.

I bought this supplement recently as i was tired of the fish supplements (Omega 3). No matter how they insisted that there was no fishy after taste or repeating, I still experienced it and I read that rancid fish is very bad for your system. Flax oil or Hemp oil is supposed to be the best. I have been taking Hemp oil for over a year with only good results.

I use Flax Oil for my arthritis and have been for years. I also give it to my Lab/Hound male dog who is allergic to Fish and can't take Fish Oil. He has a great coat.
