So, it is mind refreshing! but for deep sleep I am not so sure.... but Again, I am very new to this gadget. PS: for deep sleep I tried the personal hypnotherapy audios "subconscious reaffirmations kind of", download an app and use always the same person talking, with a bit of practice the brain learnt the habit and as soon as its hear the person on the audio you go straight into deep sleep! and as a plus is all the audio positive reaffirmations straight to your subconscious!
