I actually use this for trigger point massage rather than reaction development - I'm sure it would work well for both

I bought it for my son for an additional option in his fitness regime. However I think it is suspiciously more like a dog toy ...?ie for a DOG 🤨🤷‍♀️ It came in just a clear plastic bag, no insert and no marketing packaging/usage instructions, suggestions.

Super usefull and just about the right size (some reaction balls are just too small). Highly recommend it.

This is my review for the " ResultSport® Reaction Ball - Aerobic and Balance Training - Improve Reaction Time ".I chose the 10 cm Green reaction ball purely because it was 3cm bigger than the red one.The reaction ball arrived the day after I ordered the ball through amazon prime, it was sufficiently packaged.Expectations of the product: I have used reaction balls numerous times, through pre season cricket training, they are a great tool to help aid you hone your reaction times, improve hand/eye coordination and sharpen your reflexes all whilst having fun! Therefore, I have decided to purchase my own reaction ball seeing as they are available for £6.99.Product usage: Simply throw the ball on the floor or against a wall, watch it bounce and react to improve your speed, agility and catching skills. Reaction Balls are also an ideal choice to target your sense of balance and proprioception. They are wonderful, and such a great tool to have, I am very happy with my purchase and the quality and durability of the product. Moreover, I have found an added use for the product. The irregularly shaped rubber balls may be used as a massage tool to target specific trigger points. This is perfect to help loosen up your muscles, or to prove relief after a session when you feel tight.Conclusion: Overall, I am extremely happy with the product and service provided by ResultSport. The ball is well made using high quality material, therefore it is very durable and I am certain it will last a long time. The ball has many uses, to improve hand eye co ordination, for fun, to improve fitness, to mess around before a game, or even as a massage tool. This is brilliant not just for improving the reflexes of adults but it keeps the kids entertained as well. I would definitely recommend against using this in the house as it will go off at also rats of angles and will change direction everytime it bounces, which may leed to broken ornaments.I got the 10cm green one but I think I would have preferred the slightly smaller red one as it would have been easier to grab hold of when catching. This green one really needs two hands to catch it. It is a solid rubber and quite hard so do make sure that it is not likely to hit you when you bounce it if you are getting it to bounce off a wall.The reaction ball arrived very quickly and came really well protected, it is sent in a clear plastic bag so opening the packaging should be frustration free. Had hrs fun, then he chewed it up

I bought it for my Grandaughter who plays cricket and this ball is to help her with her catching . It comes off the wall at different angles and you have to be ready to catch it .It is great for her hand eye reaction time . It is gives her a way to make her catching better .
