Q: I notice that these wired earphones are noise-canceling earphones.Can they reduce the outside noise?

Real life experience with me would say, I don't know. No matter what ear cups I used, in any combination, even switching, L to R and R to L, nothing ever fit right to stay in my ears, much less seal them to outside noise. Sound was pretty good when everything around me was quiet.

If you like the pop music or classical music, it’s a good choice. Of course, if you love the rap or DJ, it’s also a good choice. I’m a club DJ, and I like the strong bass from these earphones. I also listen to DJ. It’s full of passions and actives. The high sound is clear and not hurt your ears. Now, I’m listening to the song from Lady GaGa-Poker Face. It’my favorite song. The sound quality of earphones is fantastic!!!

Yes, it comes with a bag that you can put the earbuds in it.

Q: How is the Microphone work? Can be louder speak?

I haven't tried the microphone yet. I really bought it for listening to music on my cellphone. They are the best sounding earphones I've had.
