LED lamp, "does what it says on the tin"
These bulbs were reasonably priced and give a similar light to the halogen MR16's lamps they replaced. They also work well with the new dimmers our electrician fitted. I gave 5 stars for longevity but of course I've only had them for a week but I'll update if they fail! Small point is there is a short delay (about 1 second) between turning on and lighting up which I guess is the circuit in the dimmer or it could be the lamps but they all turn on similtaneously. This is not a problem, just a comment.

Product is goodNot had them long enough to evaluate the longevity but they seem robust.

bright gu10 replacement for halogen
really just repeating what others have said: its a dimmable warm white gu10 replacement. it goes almost to yellow on dim. its a bright wide angle light. even on full dim its still bright. my wife wont let me use them as she says they are too bright in the lounge but they do everything they claim to, i might need to source a 5w led. maybe they are best suited to a spotlight bar application. cant fault the product though

Not compatible with all dimmer switches
At first I thought these were faulty or poorly designed because they buzzed, flickered at low light levels and only dimmed to around 50%. However, they were just incompatible with my DETA dimmer switches. Although it was somewhat expensive, and a bit of a pain, replacing the dimmers with VARILIGHT V-Pro dimmers got rid of the buzz and flicker and allowed them to be dimmed down very low.

I wouldn't recommend for dimming
Nice and bright, but they flicker a lot when dimmed down. Too soon to comment on longevity and energy saving.

warm light
Delivered very quickly and now installed.Liked the quality of light as they are rated at 2700k and give a soft warm light, not a harsh light as at 3000k. Very pleased.
