Wonderfully professional look to my sourdough bread now. Good quality product! The 8.5” set makes loaves that fits great in my 5.5 quart Staub cast iron cocotte!

13.5” oblong baskets
I’m pleased with the banneton baskets but wish I had ordered the smaller size. I like dividing my dough in half for smaller loaves. My formula uses 342 grams of flour. At some point I’ll purchase a couple smaller baskets.
