I have been using this product for a little while now and I have definitely noticed that my hair growth has reduced. It is very easy to use. It does take longer then I thought it would to use but I am fine with that if I am getting results. I have not experienced much pain in using this. It would be nice if it could be used cordless but pretty easy to use. I am happy with my purchase.

These are not new products from 5minskin. They are defective returned products. The first one I received was not even sealed in plastic and the box was damaged. The unit would not turn on at all. I returned it and had it replaced thinking I just happened to get a broken one, and the second one was not only also defective and will not turn on it - IT HAD SOMEONES HAIR STUCK IN IT! Disgusting. Do not buy these. I only bought it here on Amazon because I knew they'd return it if it didn't work and I've heard that the 5minSkin website makes returns and refunds difficult. I'm not even sure if these things even work and now I've hesitant to even buy one from the real website.

This is an amazing product. I have very thick hair that is relentless. I can already tell the hairs are coming in thinner. Easy to use, has everything needed. I would recommend to others.

Seems to really work well. I've used for a few weeks and can tell a difference. I'm sure the longer you use it the better the result.

Have been using for over 3 months, two times a week as suggested. Nothing is changing. Pretty flash of light, but it does nothing. Maybe more expenisve models work, but this one doesn't seem to have enought power; it barely gets warm.
