Q: What type or size speaker wire works best?

Thick wire is always better. I use monster speaker wire

Q: Can these be installed on outdoor deck, it full rain and sun.

I put mine up in 2010 in full scorching sun (enough to obliterate a webber branded grill cover every summer on the same side of house) with no overhang to protect from rain. We sold the house in 2016, and besides some discoloring on the outside of the speakers, they sounded like brand new!

Q: These say indoor/outdoor on the label, but on the box they say outdoor. I'm super ignorant when it comes to speakers; will these work ok indoors?

Yes they are simply built in a way to handle outdoor elements (hot/cold temps and rain). I have a set mounted outside below the soffit aimed at our pool and then another set in my shop.

Q: The 6.6 pounds is for each speaker ??

Not sure but they do have some weight to them. Been outside in a bush on the ground for years and still sound great. I just liked them hidden thats why there in bush
