Giving it 3 stars. Easy to put on. Love the size as described, color is bold but they don’t last. Tattoos didn’t even last 12 hours. Any rubbing and tattoo peeled. I’m still happy with the purchase cause they are for party bags so it’s nice having that added item to go with my son’s party theme.
