Baracuda R0527700 MX8 Cleaner Hose for Pool Cleaner

It took quite a while to get it working. My problem, as I had to get my filters totally cleaned out.Now seems to work, and climb walls pretty good. Will know better in a month or so.

These things don’t last as long as they ought to given their high price. I’ve had to replace them far too frequently.After my last round I finally discovered an adaptor that connects to the vac but will let me use “normal” hose parts and avoid the unpleasant soaking these give my wallet.

I was surprised how expensive these hose sections are. The hoses with our original vacuum have deteriorating lately and after I went through the extras, I had to buy these. Maybe it's the current supply chain issue.

While it sucks that I cannot by generic hoses for this pool vacuum, I have no complaints about the quality. I have used the original set that came with the vac for 5 years with no issues. I finally had to start replacing some sections as the connections were stretched and no longer maintained a tight seal. The vac is used year round (warm part of the country) in an in-ground pool with significant depth changes so the hoses get plenty of use. The price seems worth it given the quality I have experienced.. If you have to buy these then buy them here. Pool stores (brick & mortar and online) charge way more. Packaging was great with no possibility of damage to the product. Gotta love the huge tubes they get shipped in. Saw the negative reviews... too bad others have not had a similar experience with this product

This is a POOR product. We have ordered nine additional hose attachments because they’re poor quality. They just keep breaking in no time. DO NOT RECOMMEND
