Supper yummy delicious nut oil
I love this yummy oil. I make so many delicious dishes with it and even homemade peanut butter and cashews butter. I stop eating it. So good!! This product is definitely my favorite and staying in my ingredients to cook and prepare my food.

Excellent Oil for Sautéing and Frying
Doesn't produce smoke, great flavor, and my preferred choice for salad dressing. We cook with this, avocado oil, and olive oil. It's nice having an oil with more depth - egg scramble never tasted so good.

This is an excellent oil to cook with however I bought it for health benefits. I take a Tablespoon of this by mouth morning and night for the health benefits it gives. And I rub it on my skin to keep my skin from drying out and on my hair to remove the tangles. Afterwards my hair shins.b
