Xena (XZZ6L-SS Disc-Lock Alarm, Stainless Steel

Love Love Love! This doesn’t make false alarms too often like some people have mentioned. My last bike was stolen so I wanted to take every possible (cheap) precaution available to not have that happen again. I put this on my front disc at the 7 o’ clock position and I have a Kryptonite for my rear disc. I love this thing!

Didn't immediately fit on my BMW K75, had to enlarge a few holes on the front rotor. Alarm is loud enough to hear inside of a hotel room which is what I wanted since I was taking a trip cross country. Only issue is it can be hard to get it unlocked and off the bike before the alarm goes off.

I've read the instructions, several times. I've watched the Youtube video on How to use it. Tried it several times. Y can shake it, punch it, kick it and there's no way the alarm sounds! The only time it sounded was when I inserted the battery and it's still in mi hands. If I wanted to buy a simple lock I would use my trusty lock Yale.

Works great! No issues at all. As with anything, just follow the instructions exactly and it installs in seconds and removes in seconds. Guys, I know you don't like instructions or directions but this is not rocket science. I am using this on my 2014 Yamaha Zuma 125. Check the size in the listing because this fits the disc on my Zuma EXACTLY so if yours is thicker this will NOT work. FYI, it is SUPER LOUD

This comes with 3 keys, the alarm, and a battery. Don't be an idiot like me and leave the plastic wrap around the battery when installing it. I suggest you go to the Xena's official website and print out the fitting pdf. It's very simple to operate. Simply push the lock in through the disc hole and it'll make a quick beeping noise after 5 seconds to let you know it's activated. Place it in the 12-3 o'clock position for higher sensitivity and and the 6 o'clock position for decreased sensitivity. I also suggest you place these disc locks on the rear tire. If someone plans on stealing your bike, it'll take a lot longer to replace the rear tire than the front. Although, if they are determined to steal your bike, they will most likely be successful. Because honestly, they could just toss your bike in a uhaul. This is simply a deterrent. It's a lot louder than I expected and seems to do it's job. I, personally, wouldn't bother getting a reminder cable because the alarm should go off a few seconds of you getting on the bike. So far, it's a good buy. I'll update the review if anything comes up.

the lock was not working properly, the alarm is activated by anything, I contact the seller and recommended talking to factory .... buy it from outside the US so I do not guarantee, the problem was a defective part of the circuit, I have repaired to the "MC Giver" and after repair works perfect

I like these alarm the only thing is i got a used one, i know b/c the tab that is normaly in between the batery and the power source to the alarm was missing amd the packaged was very easy to open. The battery didnt last but one day. I had to buy a new one u order for the alarm sound part to worn. It sucks gettung something used when you asked for thevpurchase to be new.

Was great at first but is often very tough to get unlocked, I a not sure if this is due to rain getting in the lock or what- but I ended up having to stop using it. every time I would go to take it off the alarm was sure to sound and I would look like a thief trying to unlock my own bike. would not buy again.

Buen producto, fácil de usar. Le vendría bien una funda para guardar en la guantera de la Vespa. El sonido de la alarma es bueno.
