Me comuniqué con el vendedor para que me explicara si estaba haciendo algo mal y todas las indicaciones de ellos era que estaba haciendo todo bn y aún así no funcionó. Tampoco me dieron alternativa alguna para entregar el mismo para la devolución del dinero.

I wish I could leave a better review for this product, however, I've never been able to use the app on my phone due to poor connection issues. It just won't connect to Wi-Fi and my router, so we've been unable to enjoy that feature, which we were really looking forward to using. The heater seems to function okay, but the app is worthless.

The media could not be loaded. Took me literally about 5 minutes to install on my 10' Intex above ground pool. Love that it operates off 120V, so no need for special electrical work/costs/wiring. Simple to control from the unit with on/off and temperature adjustment buttons. Within an hour, it had already increased my pool temp by 4-5 degrees. Fan is relatively quiet, and certainly no louder than the filter pump that is also running.There is also an app available to set timers and temp. I like that they are using the Smart Life app, which is a popular smart device controlling app and not some generic app they created only for their unit. To use the app, keep in mind your home wifi signal needs to be strong enough to reach the pool location so the unit can connect. If your phone doesn't get wifi near the pool, the unit won't either. If you can't use the app, it's ok, you just need to manually turn on/off and set temp at the unit (you cannot set timers without the app).

The WiFi control app is fantastic! I can adjust the temperature from my phone, making it super convenient.

Not work, tried for 3 months in florida to heat myPool.

Heat pump heaters like this one pose some challenges. They provide easy and compact heating for a pool, but they only raise the temperature by a few degrees at a time, which can make it hard for them to operate efficiently enough to justify the unit's cost and the additional electricity expenses.We ordered this to use with our above-ground pool, which holds about 4000 gallons. Over time, we've noticed that the heater can help us maintain a temperature close to 80 degrees, but it requires the unit to run 24/7. Since the unit doesn't have a pump, the pump also needs to run continuously.Now that it's later in summer, the unit does keep the pool warmer than without the heater, but even running 24/7, it loses 5-6 degrees at night when it's cooler. The warmer the weather, the better it performs.We do have an issue where the unit reports the temperature about 4-5 degrees lower than the actual temperature. When I asked for support, they said the difference in temperature is less going in the unit than coming out, but that doesn't explain why the unit reads lower than four other thermometers I tested.Aside from the temperature discrepancy, I believe the unit is functioning- I just think it might not be powerful enough for anything other than ideal conditions, and it could be more effective in a pool less than half the capacity they advertise.This heater is a questionable value at the current price of about $600.Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the "Above Ground Pool Heater, 16000BTU, for Pool Up to 5400 Gallons, Pool Heater with WiFi Control App, Pool Heat Pump, Efficient Inverter, Titanium Heat Exchanger, 110V Swimming Pool Heater".
