what does the costume come with because I didnt see it?

The top, the leggings, the tutu skirt, and the arm pieces. Does NOT come with the boots or the blue hair strand. Was a very cute costume. Was pretty thin though, so wouldnt recommend if its going to be cold or outside for long.

Is the print also on the back?

I don’t think so - based on my memory.

Is the medium for junior sizes?

Medium is an 8-10 i would say it runs small, I bought this size for my daughter to wear for Halloween when she was 7 1/2.
