Review: A bit uncomfortable - This is the second posture support I’ve bought, the first being quite a simple design albeit effective I feel this looked more stable but tbh, it wasn’t. For one I found it very uncomfortable when wrapping around the waist, it’s very tight and made it quite difficult to breath. Second, when you pull the straps to pull your shoulders back, and then stick to the section around the waist, this made it even more tighter, plus, tbh, it didn’t pull my shoulders back that much. The simpler version I mentioned earlier did a better job at that. I wear these in the morning for an hour when walking my dog but after 20 mins, I had to loosen everything from my waist. Just leaving my honest review. I’m sure some got in with it better than me. Back to the simpler version

This is the second posture support I’ve bought, the first being quite a simple design albeit effective I feel this looked more stable but tbh, it wasn’t. For one I found it very uncomfortable when wrapping around the waist, it’s very tight and made it quite difficult to breath. Second, when you pull the straps to pull your shoulders back, and then stick to the section around the waist, this made it even more tighter, plus, tbh, it didn’t pull my shoulders back that much. The simpler version I mentioned earlier did a better job at that. I wear these in the morning for an hour when walking my dog but after 20 mins, I had to loosen everything from my waist.
