This heated lunch works great. I generally get one use out of it per day to heat up my lunch. If I still have battery life I pour some water in the metal container and let the warmer stay on to clean the container easier. When the battery light reaches 5% the device is no longer usable, takes about 4 hours or so to charge. I would highly recommend this product not only because it works well but customer support is great as well. When I reached out to them they got back to me right away. This product has great features like being able to set a timer that will start heating up your food 2 hours before your lunch, and if you're late getting to your lunch it keeps your food warm till you're able to eat, but keep in mindthat the battery reaches 5%, it will shut down (I was 30 mins late and it still had battery life) Also has a feature where you can set the temperature and it will heat it up to that. It does take a little longer to heat up food, but with the timer option you can ensure that your food will be hot when you're ready to eat and the food is warmed up evenly and nice and hot to around 200° F
