broken hearted
I love, love this pan...it's a bit heavy but that may be why the heat distributes more evenly than most pans I have had before. I can Pittsburgh steak in this pan....gotta love browned on the outside and rare inside...Edit: 7 months later it is no longer non-stick....it still cleans easily but the eggs are sticking as is the skin on the chicken thighs....so sad...Edited again 10 months in I am now going to throw out the pan...stills cleans easily after you are done cooking but every thing sticks....very sad.

Lid does not fit
As can be seen in the pic, the pan is not symmetrically round, with an indentation at the small handle. But the lid IS symmetrically round, so the two don’t line up and there is not a snug fit. I returned the first pan I received and now returning the second. It must be a design flaw since both had the same defect. Very disappointing- I love these non- stick pans and was excited to get it in this size.

Excellent non-stick pan
This is our second Zyliss cook pan. This series of pans are the best non-stick pans I have used. The saute pan is a large heavy-duty (not heavy) and versatile cooking pan. We use it for breakfast cooking (eggs and breakfast extras all fit in the pan) and as a true saute pan. The lid comes in handy for spatters and keeping steam under control. I add a little water as the pan dries during cooking to help out with the non-stick quality being careful to not let the pan burn or overheat. It is holding up well. Great pan!

Cooking surface is great, but quality is lacking
The first pan delivered was not round and the lid did not seat properly. I requested and received a replacement. The lid had a dent but it fit properly, so I opted to keep it. The non-stick surface performs really well. After a couple uses, the handle wobbled a bit. I tried to tighten the screw, but it would not tighten any further. I intended to take good care of this care skillet for the long term, but the quality is seriously lacking. Consider this a use-and-abuse pan; the non-stick surface is great, but the overall quality is subpar.

Product arrived out of shape
I have this item twice. Both arrived is an undamaged box, but both time the skillet was out of round and the lid would not fit. I used the 1st arrival a few time and like the skillet. Heat dissipation was good, the food did not stick, it browned chicken nicely and cleaning was a breeze. Thus I ordered a replacement. For the third attempt I have ordered from the manufacture.

Seems to truly be non stick
Nicest nonstick pan I've ever had. I've been using it for 5 months now and nothing has yet stuck, even when it had burned. Super easy to clean every time.

2x Damaged
The first pan I ordered came with a dent on the smaller handle, making the lid unable to properly close. I asked for a replacement pan, and that also came with the same dent at the exact same place. Whether the pans were damaged in transport or at the warehouse, it is likely an indication that these pans are not designed to resist damage. I definitely wouldn't buy another Zyliss product again, and instead stick to my Ozeri pans.
