From Surface Book to ThinkPad: Why Lenovo's X1 Yoga Stole My Digital Heart
So, let's go over this PC I got from Lenovo. It's my trusty desktop companion, so it's not exactly getting tossed around like a hot potato. Now, the tech gurus out there say, "32GB of RAM is plenty for your average user." But you know what? I like to future-proof my gear. I figure if I'm investing in a rig, might as well make sure it's got some muscle to last me a good 3 to 4 years, maybe even more. Now, before I switched to this Lenovo gem, I was rocking a Surface Book 3. Man, that thing was/is a workhorse. But it was time to retire it, especially with Microsoft playing the discontinuation game. And let's be real, I wasn't about to drop $3k on their latest and greatest Surface Laptop Studio 2: overkill for me.Enter the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga. I had my eyes set on 64GB of RAM because, well, why not aim high, right? Plus, I like the versatility of 2-in-1 setups. Finding one with all the bells and whistles at a decent price was like finding a needle in a haystack. But lo and behold, this bad boy ticked all the boxes: 2-in-1 functionality, 64GB RAM, and a touchscreen, all without breaking the bank. Now, I'm not exactly hoarding files like a digital packrat, so a 512GB SSD suits me just fine. But hey, Lenovo decided to throw in 2TB, so I'm not complaining. The keyboard took a bit of getting used to, what with its different layout compared to my old Microsoft setup. Adaptability is the name of the game, right? Besides, I've got my Surface Laptop 5 for when I need to switch things up on the go.Overall, this Lenovo ThinkPad is doing the job just fine. No hiccups, no headaches. And trust me, if a PC doesn't vibe with me within the first couple of days, it's back in the box and off to the return aisle. But this one? Oh yeah, it's a keeper. Why not 5 stars? I need a few months with it to go there....

Lenovo Quality but bland design
Always buy Lenovo because of quality. Owned two prior Yogas but this one looks more corporate than stylish so a bit disappointed.
