I ordered this attachment specifically because I wanted a parallel-grip attachment for some of my back workouts. This item is very innovative and really cool. It is heavy duty steel and has a textured, rubberized coating on it. It also comes with a heavy-duty d-ring for attaching it to a cable setup. All three of the grip positions: narrow, medium and wide-parallel are quite useful and feel natural and not awkward in the hand. The only criticism is that the way this piece is designed there is no way to utilize straps as the bar is quite thick and they don’t wrap all the way around. That said, this probably isn’t the best piece for super heavy work, but for light-medium weight lifts focusing on great form and a proper mind-muscle connection this is an excellent and very effective addition!
