I re-injured my hip recently and purchased this one. While it’s similar to the ones I wore years ago it has one key difference: a removable extra SI support band. **chef’s kiss** to this. It def helps reduce pain and improves how long I can comfortably stay on my feet. I felt instant relief on back pain as soon as I put it on.. the leg tightness can be adjusted so if you don’t have a lot of pain that would be loose. If you have some pain you put it a little tighter. I have about five different belts for lower back pain.
