A 4x4A4 poster can be a little bigger. The dots are very visible and marked in English and Chinese (I think it's Chinese because I don't know the hieroglyphs). Unfortunately the 2 utensils don't have that storage case that is marked in the advertising picture. Also, the patches used to glue the magnets are disposable. You must then attach them to another patch. Magnets are very small and very difficult to handle for someone who does not have the necessary skills.The points on the ear are millimeters apart, so those who are not prepared for this technique must really be lucky to hit the exact point :)))I will send it back because the information is beyond me.

After using a type of these on a course for mental health I was interested in buying some for myself. The price on these are good for what you get however the adhesive seems very poor quality. The ones used through the NHS lasted a full week before being swapped, these sometimes only last an hour or so before falling out by themselves

I like the idea of these but the ear diagram was really hard to understand so a quick look on google to find the correct positions worked well . Personally I’d rather take a pill but if you want natural then these are good
