This is a fabulous drop-foot brace. The metal hook that attaches to your first lace is firm and secure. You do not need to attach a permanent bracket - which are needed by braces which use a velcro loop to attach to the first lace. I love that you can use one brace on multiple shoes. This makes it highly cost effective - you only have to buy one. The straps around your ankle are soft and comfortable for all day use. This brace is highly effective. Highly recommended.

I had foot drop from previous stroke so thought to use this since others didnt work well. clip to attach onto showlace is pretty convenient and it works in a way, just no matter how tight I turn it to, feels not enough tension to actually lift up my foot high enough.

Excellent device and works well! Less clumsy then the orthotics I have
