This works well for my lute, guitar, mandolin and uke.

I use this stand for holding two open back banjos and it works really well. I purchased this because the last time I played outdoors it was windy and one of my banjos blew down from a "multi-instrument tree type stand" (where they hang from the peghead). My heart stopped and I vowed to find something better. This stand is solid wood construction and well made, it folds into a small manageable package for transporting. The price is well worth saving an instrument from a mishap. One benefit for banjo players - the pegs don't rub against any tubular hangers and the instruments stay in tune better. When changing instruments on the hanging type rack I would often accidentally bump the pegs and the instrument would go out of tune. There is no chance of that happening with this stand.

These are terrific stands. I've bought a lot of stands trying to find something that is small but works and allows me to pack as many guitars in my limited space as possible and these people do it. It's attractive in our home. Most of the stands are very utilitarian and ugly. The single guitar model folds up so that it actually fits in a guitar case so you can easily bring it with you. I talked to the manufacturer at a guitar show and was delighted to hear that they've paid a lot of attention to the rubber parts so that it is guitar safe. I've had guitar finishes damaged by poor stands and straps, so I appreciated their care. They are well constructed so I expect them to last as long me.

It really is a very well done thing. Very sturdy: keeps both electric and acoustic instruments steady. Has a nice soft material applied to the top of the device. Barely noticeable, but when you look at it — it does look nice in the interior. 5 stars, no second thoughts at all.

Very well made and works really well. Easy to fold up and compact enough to put in a gig bag or pedal case. Takes up less space than any other single-guitar stand that I'd risk my stuff on. The cut-outs in the base fit standard solid-body electrics like Strats, Teles and Les Pauls, and full-size acoustic dreadnaughts, and do it in a space small enough to fit even tight gigs. This would not be my choice for tweener size bodies - like a Gretsch - because they don't sit securely, but that's my only critique. Oh, one more thing: I wish they made a 3-guitar version.

Looking at plastic or metal dual guitar stands? Fugettabout it, the Cooperstand tandem is probably one of the coolest guitar accessories I've ever seen. I own three single Cooperstands and while they are fine for putzing around at home, I'd always have my eye on my prized guitar lest it topple at a paying gig. Absolutely no such fear with the tandem. Beautiful sapele. Dual backrests even fold together in tandem. Don't know how they did it but it's ingenious. Well worth the $$.

Where has this been all my life? Twice the beauty and quality shown in the pictures. Not a criticism, a statement about how awesome this stand is.I play two old Martins, a six string and a twelve string. The fit on, or in might be a better description, like a hand in a glove. The stand is secure on the floor with both in it and while taking one off of it. Easy on, easy off. But that's just my opinion.

I had a bit of a sharp intake of breath about the price of this, but, on balance, I am really glad I bought it. The wood finish is classy and the neoprene means the guitars are held stable. I'm getting fussy about how my living room looks and this definitely adds rather than detracts. Happy to recommend it.

Delighted with this , has got the wife right off my back for my guitars being left about haphazardly - looks great, has rubber to stop the precious babies getting marked and is sturdy as they come. Now what about that new guitar I am after, as we all know you can never have too many and this keeping them tidy opens up possibilities!

Bought for my stepson and it was perfect for his guitars. Also fitted in a relatively small space perfectly. Well made and looks smart.
