Q: Does the security camera support motion tracking and 24/7 continuous recording?

The Cinnado home security camera DOES NOT support automatic motion tracking. However, you can rotate the camera on the app to view different angles. Also, the battery-type cameras do not support continuous recording to save the battery life.

Q: Camera cannot charge and go offline due to the low battery?

If the app shows low battery percentage during charging, restart the camera and check again.

Q: What should I do if the camera won't hold a charge or the battery drains quickly?
