ai Earbuds

I bought this for my husband because he struggled with the language, he speaks Spanish and want it to be able to communicate in English , i bought it so it can help him and I was so excited for him and wait for awhile for the delivery shipping. When we received, we downloaded the app and everything and for the first 2 minutes it was amazing! After that it keep asking you to buy a subscription if you want to keep using the translator, so you can’t use it any more ! Unless you pay extra for it . I’m so disappointed with this company but also Amazon because I have been a loyal customer and have never seen anything like this, worst product ever seen!!!

These earphones come in a nice carrying case with battery enough to recharge it once. The fit on the ear is stable and not likely to fall out. The app required to use it is responsive. There are multiple languages to choose from. I have tried out the Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. The translation is about 90-95% accurate. I would recommend this product.

Haven't been able to use them I push on the button and it blinks blue on one side and right on the other and that's all I can get I put them into my ears and I don't hear nothing. I'm probably doing something wrong, but the instructions suck as the print is too small obviously I'm going I'm already frustrated. I just need one damn thing and that is translate from Spanish to English that's all I ask, but no such luck. I haven't given up yet but my goodness it is making me very angry.

These work good makes comunicating possible ,its not as fast as conversing normal requires patience to wait for the words to be translated .more then happy with desired effect

I was excited when I got these until while testing them we found that the app that you download works on any earbud even some cheap $5 earbuds. So I google it and su supposedly the differs come with being able to load a language but the is a charge with the woo ask app which these earbuds use where other apps offer it free. And I don’t think it downloads to actual buds bud to your phone so if you have no internet you still can translate. Either way I don’t think $50+ is worth it. Also I went to an environment swarming with Spanish speakers and playing Spanish music and nothing got translated. To look at Spanish tv I had to turn tv up very loud but it did translate very well but so did my $10 buds. They started to hurt my ears and were not comfortable. I returned my buds.

The product does what it says... it does translate. So a couple of things. I thought I purchased earlier buds not over the ear. But that's okay I can live with it. Smh... I finally got it set up and they do work ... but it can be hard to set up... at least for me. I tried them out with a program that spoke another language to see how close it got. It was great with some of the translations but it would get one out 20 sentences. Maybe I have the wrong dialect or something. The product does work. Just not reliably.. will be returning the product.

There isn't enough languages available. Just the basic languages there. Missing Haitian Creole which is quite common, Spanish dialect varies across Latin countries can work on that. Even Patti's can be there

Nice case and shiny earbuds that don't actually do any translating. The app has to be purchased and you can use your own earbuds with the translator app. The sound in my ear was pretty clear but my voice was not clear to others. The app translator is slow to start translating when it did start, and misses some phrases. I tried all of the options many times. Therefore missed conversation. It is a rainy day but I have full bars on my wifi. There are better/Free apps out there.
