Q: Is this real? How can jewelry stores charge $150+ for this same ring? Super confused.

Because jewelry stores need to make a profit. They can upsale a ring 300% if they want to. It's real. My husband has had his for nearly a year and the metal hasn't scratched (beauty of tungsten) and he's all the time working on cars and tearing up his hands. Only the plastic bit covering the carbon fiber scratches which isn't a big deal and isn't very noticeable. But why pay $300 for the same thing? And if you lose it, big deal. Just buy another and you're not out a significant chunk of change. 

Q: How do I reach the seller about the lifetime warranty?

Not sure if this the correct answer for your question, But anytime I needed to contact a seller, I would go to their profile or store page, right hand side of the page about half way down, there is a place to "contact seller" You will get a automated message from Amazon assistant to assist you with your need to contact the seller. Q: the pic of the ring is plain tungsten however in some of the reviews and posts it shows black with hearts, what is this ring?

The one that I purchased was the one with the hearts and it showed up as a beautiful black Tungsten ring with 3 hearts. Hope this helps.
