Heybike Cityscape Ebike Battery

I've had this battery long enough to try it out thoroughly, and am quite happy with it ! When charged fully, it lasts a Lo-o-o-ng time. I no longer have to carefully plan trips, or walk the last mile or so when my old battery ran out completely. Now I use the old one for short trips, and the reliable new one whenever I want to ride longer and faster ! My only small gripe would be that when hooking up to the charger, the socket on the battery is a bit tight, and takes some wiggling to fit it right. But I can live with that. Definitely recommend !

It went dead. The first day I had it I charged it overnight was charged. I used it for about two hours. Came back in set set. My bike away came back out next morning dead. I should’ve charged it again, but I didn’t but it’s supposed to hold charge for at least a little while, but didn’t I bought another one and that one went dead too I just bought another one and just keep it plugged in all the time all you have to keep it plugged in those batteries won’t hold a charge you just as long as they sit there they’ll lose charge once they lose charge. You cannot charge them again. It’s impossible. I tried.

I ordered this battery to replace my original HeyBike City Scape E-bike. The battery came very quickly and it works perfectly. Highly recommend this product.

This battery doesn't work at all, I contacted the seller they didn't send me a return label and they were not polite at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I was one of those hosed by Heybike when they sold all their Cityscape 1 bikes to Amazon and Walmart and stopped offering batteries. (never do biz with Heybike) After only 550 miles the original battery was so degraded that you had to recharge every day if you were going more than a few miles. This one is better than the original! It took 4 days to even drop from 5 to 4 and I'm thrilled! Fast delivery if you order from the US guys, the delivery from China was a bit cheaper, but much longer delivery and only came out $20 savings. It drops right in like the old one, and it is slightly more powerful.

IT's better then my original heybike battery. I went on a 34 mile bike ride, used speed 2 most of the time. all 3 speeds were a little faster

The Battery fit but it doesn't display the correct charge amount on the handle bar display and doesn't have the same power as the old battery. I have over 1200 miles with the old battery, most of it over the same 3 mile stretch of road. This battery under performs. I do not recommend.
