### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adhesive backing cracked, leaving shelf unstable
*by on Reviewed in the United States 28 December 2025*

Purchased 2 sets of the XL (2 XL, 2 L) in October 2025. The backer panel that adheres to the wall has cracked on one of them, so now that shelf slides off the hook at 1 end & the items in it fall to the shower floor. The adhesion everywhere else is solid, but with this crack, the shelf is unstable.I have reached out to the company to see if they will replace the backing piece for us (or we can purchase that if not within a warranty period.) Hopefully they will send a replacement back & we can get this shelf back in use.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good
*by on Reviewed in the United States 29 June 2026*

My husband just hung it up. they should have added something to hang the pouf. It holds a lot and doesn't weigh down even if its heavy. I recommend it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good shower caddy
