Great balance of price and utility, with a dash of flair.When I couldn't afford to replace my car, I started looking at e-trikes. My wife and I are both disabled, so it had to be a trike. I wanted something that was heavy, with the weight centered low. I needed the throttle-only feature because sometimes my knees just quit on me. I was very very nervous to but a vehicle online, with no opportunity for a test drive. But I'm glad I took the chance.I've had this trike four days. It was originally supposed to be delivered in early June. It came over a month early! The assembly was fiddly but not difficult. As my wife and I are both very short, I chose to reverse the stalk upon which the handlebars sit, to bring said handlebars closer to us.My wife crashed it yesterday, and while it has some scratches, it got her home with a badly broken wrist. The customer response team has been very responsive to us, kind and helpful.I'm not a veteran bike rider, so I still get nervous going over 15 mph on it. But it handles the speed just fine, and would give me plenty more if I was brave enough to ask it. I'm taking short rides right now, as I learn and get stronger, but on 3-5 mile rides using PAS 3 and using the throttle to help me up hills and for rest on long flats, I've yet to even use one bar of the battery, so it gets me all around town just fine.It's not perfect, but that's true of anything. We're replacing the grips and rearview mirrors. I'm going to get a turn signal kit, because I have to ride in streets with bike lanes a lot here, and I don't trust the car drivers to understand hand signals. But these are minor things, and this trike is way cheaper even with the add ons I am planning than the closest equivalent.You'll need to experiment with seat height, backrest height and forward position, and handlebar angle to get your perfect pedaling position, but it feels so nice once you find it.Everywhere I go, people ask about it. I definitely recommend this for people looking to stay mobile and active through disability and/or retirement.

I purchase the base model and it’s as advertised! I have only had it a few weeks but seems like really good trike for the money. Not many negatives. It is heavy like the reviews say but I do think that helps with stability. Assembly is fairly straight forward. Figure an hour if you are by yourself. Very well built and rugged. Ride is nice and turns on a dime. Good power but it’s not a road runner. Base models tops out at about 20 mph with hard peddling in assist mode 3. Remember to unlock the speed restriction on the control pad. You can find a video by the company on YouTube for that. Seat and seat back are comfy but thinking of getting upgraded seat so I can sit farther back from the peddles. The peddles are pushed forward farther than a regular bike but I think my bad knees would like to be even a little further back from the peddles.

This tricycle is phenomenal. it arrived in two boxes and each part was meticulously packed. The manufacturer took great pride in assuring proper delivery. I am 73 years old and was able to assemble this tricycle experiencing no problems. It took me about three hours, without assistance. The assembly might've been a little faster. Had I watched the YouTube assembly video. I have been riding this trike for one week, four times a day to and from work. I find it to be very solid, comfortable, and powerful, and the battery still has nearly a full charge. however, perfection is seldom attained. The nuts and bolts which fasten the rear basket to the tricycle were not shipped with the order. Yet, that was an easy fix. I had some. My one complaint is that the rearview mirrors are useless. They do not extend far enough. Be prepared to replace them. all in all, though, I am very pleased with this purchase and find this tricycle to be well worth the cost.

It took awhile to receive my trike and it was delivered by FedEx. If FedEx had not just dumped the box containing the trike off the end of his truck my have been less. It is very difficult for one person to move the box.The left rear wheel was bent and needed replacement. The company did want some proof and accepted two short videos of the wobbly rear tire. More time time to receive the new rim and disk brake w/screws. The tools they send to put the trike together are sufficient to do that but needing to take off the rear wheel you need a larger socket wrench. The screws to attach the disk brake to the rear wheel require a special tool which cost me $15 at home depot.I gave the full five stars for the trike and the service I got from the supplier of the trike. Once it was ready to ride I find it very sturdy. I was able to ride it in low gear around my block without the electric. I did try the electric an found it to be very responsive. I am 6'2" tall and I fit on the trike very well. I could want a bit longer handle bar but the way they are is fine.
