Good with boots

They have to be held in place as you step into your shoes. Kinda takes getting used to as you walk. But they are sturdy and they do the trick.

These inserts are very comfortable in my shoe and I cannot tell it is there. I only require one in the left shoe due to a past fracture causing that leg to be a bit shorter. They re well made and appear to be very durable.

I have Achilles tendinitis and edema which causes my legs to swell with pain. I’m a small 5’2 107lb female in my 30’s and this item was too high for me and causes pain while walking in. I listened to the reviewed before purchasing which mentioned it was soft and cushiony but I didn’t experience that feeling. I couldn’t walk with them in my shoes for more than 10 minutes.

Great to raise foot (with bone spur on heel) in shoes to help with comfortable wear.

Very comfortable, durable stays in place.

I needed more height than this. About an inch and a half thick. I needed about three inches. Once placed in my shoe, they remained in the area.Even being off height they gave me a little lyft.
