Some of the most value efficient ice machine I have ever bought in my life! This machine makes very little noise but it's quite efficient at ice making but most importantly it's so cost efficient. The price is unbeatable and the customer service is also very good, highly recommend!

Manufacture is trash, I bought the MARVOWARE XXL Heavy Duty Wood wood splitter and it broke after the 3rd use. They took the listing off Amazon so they don't have to follow through on the 12 month limited warranty. Do not buy any Marvoware products

It’s as advertised and good. It’s making ice as it says it would. My only complaint is that the ice door you lift to get ice is plastic and has zero insulation. It’s plastic against metal and may have a small gap. I added some weather strip to it to help.

Nice ice maker for what I paid, easy to put it up, make ice faster than expected. We ran the machine overnight and woke up with a full bin of ice, well done!

It takes a little longer than 6 mins to produce the first round of ice. I feel like this could be improved a bit. The lid is a tinted plastic that is see through. I find that the ice melts fast because it’s not insulated at the top. Both sides of the lid has a small tab that is barely big enough to hold onto lift the lid up. This could be a great appliance for those that don’t have a fridge that makes ice or if you’re looking for an appliance fairly quick to make ice for drinks and entertainment at home. The ice shape itself is cylindrical with a hollow indentation in the middle. I used this ice along with a cold drink and it melted faster than I expected but still kept my drink cold. For at home use this is okay. I don’t see this machine being used by a professional such as traveling bartender as the ice melts fast inside the machine. Better insulation and an easier way to open lid would make this product 5/5 stars.

UPDATE:I couldn't have used this for more than 10 days of just one full tank of ice each time, and now it won't turn on. Tried different outlets to make sure, can't find a reset button, so I guess it's trash. Was already on the fence about it, due to the watery nature of the cubes that ended up sticking together once in the freezer to keep frozen. Additionally, it appears the listing is now for a commercial ice cube maker and not this countertop version. All in all, lots of issues here.Original review:Very convenient, love that I can use distilled water (or coconut water) and make my own ice cubes pretty quickly. The first ones are done in around 6 minutes, and it takes an hour or so to cycle through and fill the cube tray. Because the entire unit isn't refrigerated/frozen, the cubes start melting so they have to be transferred into a container and put in the freezer. I've found this means they're already dripping and starting to melt, and then they freeze stuck together and need to be separated. Love that I can put it away when summer is over and I don't use ice until it's hot again.

Bought this and couldn't be happier. I have a larger fishing boat so the cost of buying so much ice and having to stop on my way out was starting to add up and bother me enough to look into investing in an ice machine. This thing was pretty easy to assemble/install and works great. This thing will pay for itself faster than I imagined and saves me time getting ready by having ice on hand. Works fast too. Love it!
