What are the suggested method for washing this cushion?

The advised cleaning instructions for the bike seat cushion are as follows (can also be found on the instruction leaflet that comes with the product at purchase): Do not machine wash or tumble dry. If you need to clean the gel seat cushion, use a sponge and warm water with a light detergent to wipe clean. Do not use a strong detergent as this can potentially damage the saddle cover. My daughters seat is 7.5 * 10 ... will this one fit

Hi, The width of the gel seat cushion is only 7". It might work for a 7.5" saddle (as long as the thickness of the saddle is limited to typical 1.5" and the saddle shape is similar to the shape of the cushion), however when installing it some part of the existing saddle will stick outside of the cushion's padded area. This might be uncomfortable at the inner thighs. I'm not sure what condition the existing saddle is but wanted to point this out. On each side of the gel seat there will be about 1/4" saddle area that will be covered with the cloth mesh that typically attaches the cushion to the saddle on the bottom. Will this bike cushion fit a "26" women bike

Hi, It depends on the existing saddle you have on your 26" women bike. The LuxoBike gel seat cushion is a cover that goes over an existing saddle that requires extra cushioning. Our gel padded cover is 11" long by 7" wide. So you should measure your saddle first to verify if it will fit. Measure from front to back in the middle of the saddle. This dimension should be about 11". Then measure the width of the saddle, from side to side where the saddle is widest. This should be about 7" for the gel seat cushion to fit on your saddle.
