Not as described
Was supposed to be a exfoliating pad and it really was a little bit thicker that a cotton pad, not what I believe I saw in picture

Better than other brands but Expensive
I am currently using Q-tip brand and up&up (Target) cotton rounds. DELON is way better than both! Q-tip and up&up are fluffier, fuzzier, thicker, lintier, and looser than DELON. DELON is thinner but compact, fewer lint, and much more durable. DELON is the best of the 3. Q-tip is average/ok. Up&up is embarrassingly bad. DELON's top (exfoliating) layer comes off most times but I could easily remove it and continue using it. No big deal for me. It doesn't break apart as easily as the others. I did not experience any skin irritation. While it is good quality and I would prefer using this brand, I probably wouldn’t purchase it in the future since it’s pricy and I’m a bargain/budget shopper.I usually use cotton balls because they are cheaper but I recently wanted to use cotton rounds for a new toner. I wasn’t certain which side to use until I noticed this info on the back of the bag:-Smooth surface: Ideal for applying toner, astringent, and lotion. Also, removing nail polish, makeup, and lipstick.-Textured surface: Acts as a protective barrier for gentle skin exfoliation.

Expensive but good cotton rounds
I actually like these cotton rounds. One side has a bit of a rough texture which works well with toner which is the only reason why I ever use cotton rounds. The other side is smooth and soft. They are thin but sturdy. Currently priced at 12.99, I feel like these are outrageously expensive. These are good quality but I personally could not justify spending this much on cotton rounds when I can get something fairly similar at a dollar type store.
