If you're invested in MYOM and using the 500ml sachets, it makes sense to invest in this bottle. It's the exact size and your oat milk will taste better from a glass bottle.

The oat milks I choose most often are Minor Figures and Califia and I’ve never drunk Myom, so I’m reviewing this branded bottle rather than the brand in general. Some oat milk cartons from other brands, especially supermarket brands, can be a little bit unreliable, so the idea of transferring it to a bottle might make sense in some cases, as well as adding a bit of retro appeal. But a lot of oat milks are quite off-colour, and the beige and brown hues can be quite offputting for people who wish they were drinking proper bright white milk, and this bottle could potentially make that worse rather than better.The bottle is fine. 1000ml is a chunky size and the glass has a fair weight to it, so it certainly feels substantial. The glass curvature on the base is unusually slight, and the neck is quite wide, adding to the blocky feel.The metal screw-top lid is of a very standard quality, solid enough for standard use but the kind of metal that feels like you could end up bending it by trying to force it too much.The branding is nicely printed into the bottle, rather than embossed onto it in a way that might peel off. When our bottle arrived it was already mysteriously dusty and had fingerprints on it (not mine) so it needed a good wash before I was happy to use it, which isn’t what you want to see when you’ve bought yourself something nice and new. Otherwise, the way it’s packaged for delivery is quite smart, using a good amount of recyclable card to keep it secure and unbroken during transit.But at nine quid for an empty bottle, this is obviously overpriced. When the Myom branding is so prominent, it feels like Myom should be contributing to the costs to help promote the brand, but at that price there’s clearly no such subsidy going on.For about fifteen quid, you could buy a bottle very much like this from a company like The Bottled Baking Company or The Treat Kitchen Store, and it would arrive full of premixed baking ingredients that you can bake into a lovely cake- and then you’ve got the bottle to re-use as well, a bottle which works just as well as that one. Unless you’re averse to, or can’t have, the cake idea, I’d definitely recommend going that route instead of buying an empty bottle.The quality of the bottle is generally OK but nothing super-premium, and at the current asking price it doesn’t get anywhere near to five star value.

I ordered this Glass Milk Bottle from MYOM to use for mixing their pouches of oat drink in. The bottle holds 500ml which is the correct amount for 1 pouch. The lid fits well and I like that the bottle is and lid are reusable. It washes well either by hand or in the dishwasher. It has the MyOM logo on it which is standing up to washing well. It is a good eco-friendly way to use my oat drink, so much less wastage and it keeps so much fresher with just 500ml being made up at a time. I like the traditional milk bottle look; it fits in the door of my fridge and it even looks good on my table.

I'm very pleased with this milk glass bottle. Arrived well packed and presented. Well made, stylish, easy to use and clean. Keep my milk fresh for long and can be reused. Great quality and value for money. Highly recommended

It is a nice bottle, it's not the best value, but useful nonetheless for storing homemade oat milk.
