I have had one of these years ago but lost it. They are very easy to use and you can get very good results quickly. You are also able to do a lot of fancy stitches in it. Unfortunately, this item when delivered was missing the hook tool.

I have the 8", and it's a bit narrow for double knit scarves, but this makes the perfect width scarf!It's a nice size for traveling or tossing into a bag for a day of jury duty, doctor's appointments, etc. The 18" is too long to fit neatly, the 8" is too narrow for an adult's double knit scarf, the 10" is perfect!All the Authentic Knitting Board products I've purchased have been amazing. They are sturdy; there are no recesses or spurs that snag the yarn, and the divot the length of the posts allows the tool to slide under the yarn effortlessly. I particularly like the various configurations that can be created with the blocks that change the width and the wing nuts (similar to the 28" all-in-one).If anybody from the manufacturer reads these...we need a product to secure the work on the loom when transporting/traveling with the loom, please. Until then, I'll have to settle for rubber bands, but there has to be a better way.

The Kb looms are my favourite to use. This one is great for smaller projects and is set at 3/8 gauge. You can use one strand of #4 worsted and #3 lighter weight yarns. It's very well made and should last for years and years. Easy to hold and use, and is perfect for taking with you in the car or while waiting for your appointments such as doctors, dentists etc... I'll be using this a lot.

Love this loom! I previously had a cheap plastic one and this is such a nice upgrade. Very sturdy and I can use a #3 yarn all the way to a #5 and it works up a nice knit. Made several projects already and looking to also get the 18" version next.
