Excellent quality. Hose retracts really well, the two spray nozzle attachments are so well made too. Brass fittings, not plastic which is a nice touch. Far better quality all round than my Hozelock one it replaced and over £50 less than the equivalent Hozelock. Delivered next day as promised too. The inclusion of a 2mtr length of pipe + fittings made it really easy to hook up to the tap in no time at all. Wall fittings that came with it are super robust too

Really wish I bought this sooner. The auto-rewind works smoothly and makes packing the hose away so much easier. Helps keep the garden tidy and stops the hose getting tangled or left lying around. What I Liked: Smooth auto-rewind Keeps everything neat Easy to mount and use

Seriously good bit of kit. Yes it's heavy weight, but it has secure fixings included (I got a man in to fix it properly to wall as I'm no DIY queen). I've used it a couple of times and it's perfect, stretches out a long way and has good windability. Its fairly neat in size once it's on the wall as it has 180° swivel and there was no problem with the connection to the tap. So many different spray options, whatever your preference. It looks so sturdy and I'm sure it will last for years. I got the white as it was on sale price and feel I've got really good value for money.

This is excellent. I've struggled with my old garden hose and reel for years; kinked and leaky hose that has to be pulled out straight repeatedly in order to wind it back in and bending down to do it with arthritic fingers and a bad back wasn't good. Those days are gone. This hose is not going to kink. It's long enough to stretch around from the back of my bungalow to the front then retracts back in with no effort whatsoever. The numerous spray attachments fit every need and I have a secret delight in using them all. All in all my only regret is not getting this years ago.

Seems well made. Instructions are poor The one I recived was the 40 mtr one. Which is what I ordered. But the Instructions did not match it. It relates to the mounting of it. No tube. Change of. design . Emailed they're customer service support to clarify. 2 days to get a reply. The link to the installation did not work. Mounting is straight forward. However if you mount it on a left hand wall the attached hose to the tap will kink against the wall. It states drill a 12mm hole for the bolts. However I used a 12mm sds drill bit and found the plugs were a little loose. I measured the diameter of the plugs with a digital micrometer and found them to be 11.95 in diameter. Given the drill bit will make the hole slightly over 12mm. Unless yuu pull it directly at it is unlikely it will come off. See the additional photos of the instructions about mounting and the non existing tube. Overall seems well made. The main issue is with the hose attached to the side being crushed. The fitting is brass and is pressure crimped. If it becomes an issue a solution my be a 90° brass elbow so the pipe comes of it straight and does not crush against the wall. I would be interested to hear from the manufacturer. If I do I will update here.

Perfect new hose which gives us access around the whole garden. The retractable feature works brilliantly and stops the hose from kinking. The brush on the retraction helps keep the hose clean. No issue with leaks connectors are strong. Easy instructions to install, the jet attachment works well and offers different features.

Came with 2 nozzles: simple twist nozzle and a multi-function nozzle. Both work v well. The hose itself is superb and auto-reel makes it much quicker/easier to use. I bought 2 for the front and back garden.

Excellent product, easy to instal and looks great. Would definitely recommend.
