i’m an a competitive, athletic woman , who is 60 , and it seems like I am constantly have something hurting or have hurt some body part- lol. I use this about every night either on my back, over my knees, around my ankles, on my shoulders… It has been a game changer to keep me healthy and active. I probably have recommend this to 20 of my friends and they love it as well. I have had other brands of infrared pads, and this is by far is the best without the lights burning out. I’m a true test for their durability!

I tried out this mat that my friend bought and let me borrow because of my back pain. I do notice a difference when I use It and my fiancé hurt his shoulder and was in pain and used It one time and did two sessions of 20 minutes on two different modes and said the next day his shoulder felt perfectly fine and totally healed! So after trying out my friends mat I ordered us our own! Red light therapy is really good but you have to get a product with lights that are real and actually have enough power to penetrate the skin. I don’t know how to test how strong the lights are or how to tell that they are real but we can feel a difference when we use It so that’s my only way of knowing. This isn’t as strong as some more expensive lights or a cold laser light but It is a great product for every day use for people who do labor jobs that are hard on the body and I think this is worth the price! I would recommend to just use It on straight skin so that there’s no obstructions blocking the light penetration so It can work as good as possible. The heat level feels good it’s not as hot as a heating pad but gets warm enough to help loosen up some muscle tightness. Seems like it’s made pretty well and the cord length I think is good It reaches from behind the couch to where I sit and reaches from the plug next to my bed as well so I think the cord length is fine! As for size, the mat covers my whole back so I like It and It also is flexible and can be wrapped around your arm or leg and It comes with a stretchy Velcro belt to wrap the mat around and secure It if you need It on your knee ankle or elbow etc. we like It!

I would give it 5 stars if there was anyway to actually tell there is NIR. I did all of the tricks I looked up and am still puzzled. That being said...I can tell a huge difference when I use it and when I don't. I have arthritis, autoimmune, and currently am struggling with some neurologic issues among other things. When I miss using it regularly, I will forget that I haven't used it in a while and will feel a lot of stiffness, pain, weakness. then I use it again and within days, I feel much better. I know it has to be working...lol...i just can't prove that it has what it says it has.

Bought this to help (hopefully) with my frozen shoulder after it was recommended by a friend. I've had it for a couple months, and the difference has been amazing. 20 minutes a day, and Im starting to be able to move my shoulder again, am sleeping without pain. I also have my husband using it on his shoulders. Would def buy again!

I really like this red light therapy mat. It’s the perfect size. I feel that it has helped my old hip and shoulders. I had purchased a different one and was not pleased with it. My friend recommended this one and I am glad she did.

This is one of my most used amazon purchases. As an athlete I have to prioritize recovery and this is an essential part of my recovery routine. I use this every night sometimes multiple times on different parts of my body as it is super easy to use and versatile for any area. I specifically love the heat feature! I used to be an avid heating pad user but this has fully replaced my heating pad for cramps and sleep. I travel with this everywhere and recently bought my mom one that she travels with so it is super portable. This device also fits and spot and works consistently. I highly recommend this product!

I love this red light pad! First I will start by saying I purchased it for the NIR for a knee injury…it has helped quite a lot in healing it. I also started using it for the RLT, for the skin…I figured why not, plus the heat also makes the knee feel better. So now I’ve noticed the wrinkles on my leg (I’m 70) are smoothing out….so this inexpensive red light therapy has not only helped my knee to heal but it’s smoothing out my leg wrinkles. I’m so in love with the results, I bought a second one to cut down on the time I’d need to use the first one. But, now I’m going to buy one of the larger ones, so my entire body can look better. I was spending so much money on lotions and or on procedures and for less than $100 i found something that actually works!! Thank you to whom ever made this RLT pad, I love it!!
