I've had quite a few tablets over the years, but the HOTWAV R9 Pro easily stands out as one of the toughest and most versatile. The build quality is excellent, it's rugged, solid, and ready for anything. The 11-inch 2K screen is bright, clear, and good to use when I’m reading, watching videos, or browsing the web.The battery life is next-level, I can easily go several days without recharging, even with regular use. Plus, the built-in camping lantern is super bright, I plan to use it the next time I take a camping trip.The cameras are surprisingly good and the Face ID unlocks quickly. It’s a little heavier than a standard tablet, which I've seen several folks complain about, but that’s a small trade-off for how much power and durability you get. Just be aware it’s not compatible with AT&T for calling if you were planning to use the SIM feature.Overall, this is a great tablet for outdoor adventures, work, or everyday heavy-duty use. This is a product specifically designed for outdoor use, such as the camping scenarios recommended in the product description. It is indeed very durable and appears to have excellent waterproof performance (though I have not yet tested it). It is equipped with an ultra-high-capacity battery, resulting in exceptional battery life. I was a bit surprised by its weight, but considering its durability and the brightness required to achieve such long battery life, the weight is understandable. For its price point, its specifications and screen response are excellent. I previously purchased a low-cost tablet that looked decent at first glance, but its slow screen response became a major drawback during actual use. This model does not have that issue.

Fantastic tablet even if the RAM gimmick is literally just swap space. I love the screen, its responsiveness, the camping light is a great bonus, the design of the handle on the back is amazing, and it’s durable enough that I don’t mind tossing it into my tool bag because it can take a beating. The durability of the screen protector that comes with it is lacking. Overall the only complaint I have is that it did not come with a spudger for applying the screen protector.

I love this tablet its great for my work environment as i have dropped it a few times on the concrete floor, i work in a factory. Its water proof ( i have tested that our ) with lots of memory and speed. The reason it got a 4 instead of 5 is that in America the only company that is compatible with for a plan is T mobile so i have to use my phone hot spot and that takes away some flexibility as i need both devices at all times . It is heavy because of the battery but it can operate the full 12-16hr shift wirh more than 30% battery life after movies, work and charging up a cell phone . If it was compatible with other carriers i would turn in my i phone and get the rugged phone phone as well,

I want a pad for watching videos on bed. Found this pad on amazon, and it does exactly what I need!Easy to use android system, rugged design that is shock resistant.Great battery life and bright screen.Great product overall.

Haven't used it much yet so these are my first impressions. It's quite sturdy and seems like a solid product. Sturdy but heavy so mounting it as a telescope display (what I am using it for) is difficult due to thr weight. It very fast and responsive and battery is a beast!I specifically bought this model because it boosts a 2K display but I don't think that's accurate. It's quite grainy and washed out as compared to my phone. It's IPS vs Amoled but I expected a better display. OK for browsing but not for viewing HD images. I may sacrifice ruggedness for screen clarity and just go with a Samsung Amoled Tablet instead. Bettwr for my application.

The media could not be loaded. This is hands down the best purchase I’ve made for a tablet ever!! My Samsung tablet from T-Mobile is trash. My Apple iPads are limited, expensive for no reason except that it has an Apple on it, trash. I may switch out my iPhone 14 Pro Max for another one of these. And disconnect my Apple car play and use android play. More options, better interface, call-text-email-browse the web- watch tv. You name it this bad boy will do it. Very rugged and durable so don’t work about dropping it or knocking it over. It’s water proof, that’s an extra plus while you can also take under water pics and vids with it. It has a great light on the back with different modes and power usage and the battery lasts a long time with continued use. Even longer when it is just put to the side for a while. The manufacturer even responded me and provided me with video and written step by step directions to solve a problem I caused. A big thank you to Andy. You’re the best my friend. And one of the only ones to ever respond to me when I reach out for help or info. I appreciate that to the fullest!!!
