Ok, so Ginseng is now a big help for me. I have been in the slumps with demotivation and not feeling the drive to do much around the house lately, but the minimal chores and such when the time comes. I've been taking Ginseng off and on and notice that the times I do take it I don't get that crashing feeling nor fatigue. This stuff helps as it's a korean based ginseng, slightly different than the American derived ginseng, but still same ballpark. I have had enough energy to sustain a productive day during the days I do take it. While I try to be mindful of tollerance, I try to only take this on days that I might need it. My energy has been sustained throughout the days I do take it, and I remain focused and less drowsy. These are good quality and are strong enough to get my tasks complete without craving a nap during the day. They don't leave me jittery like my morning coffee, and they pair well with matcha, lions mane, and ginko biloba when you need the extra bit of focus.

This is a great Ginseng supplement. I had no negative effects, and the first day I felt a definite increase in energy. It is nice to have on hand when you need that extra boost to get through the day.

I don't get a sudden boost from this USA product, but do feel that this ginseng provides a steady calm energy through the day. I like the combo of root, stem, and leaf, and find these easy to swallow with no strong odor or taste.

I got this panax ginseng to combine with my berberine supplement routine daily. Really does a nice job on the energy side and gives me a bit of uplift. Ingredients list is clean and doesn't have tons of additives that aren't necessary. Quality is really nice as well and haven't had any side effects from it. I take the recommened dose on bottle daily. So far combing the berberine and panax ginseng I've lost 10lbs. Now that's also with a healthy diet change. If you think this supplement will help you lose weight and you're snacking on candy and sugar all day, you got the wrong idea. Definitely think this is a good value and plan to stick with it and get another bottle of it.

I have taken a bottle of these Panax Ginseng capsules and feel good. These capsules are made from Korean Red Panax Ginseng as well as Korean Panax Ginseng Extracts that are 100% vegan. They are helpful for enhancing the body energy. This is my feeling after taking these capsules during the recent two months.The product is made in USA. The bottle contains 90 capsules, and each capsule contains 150 mg of Korean Red Panax Ginseng Extract and 400 mg of Korean Panax Ginseng Extract. As per the supplement facts, 2 capsules per day is recommended. However, I haven’t strictly followed. I may only take one or even missed some days. Moreover, instead of directly taking the capsules with water, I have tasted and ate the power in the capsule and noted that they have ginseng flavor. If pouring the power into hot water, it tastes like Ginseng tea.

Seems quality, but I always have trouble telling if this is doing any good or not. I don't really feel any significant difference after taking these. Maybe it's doing something good for me, maybe it's not. Hard to tell.

These capsules are a great way to add some ginseng, although note that nearly three-fourths is an extract from the stem and leaf -- not the root itself.The certifications can't be independently verified, but giving these capsules the benefit of the doubt, the price is very good price for adding some ginseng ($10 per month), especially when raw ginseng is a bit pricey.
