The media could not be loaded. This hoist is awesome. If you have ever had to drag a deer out then hoist it over a tree branch to lift it for processing, then you know how much of a pain that is. This hoist was easy to assemble (About 5-10 minutes). Once assembled, you can leave it that way then just bring it out and strap to a tree when needed. The base of the hoist has little grooves so as you ratchet it to the tree, it bites in a little to keep the hoist from sliding back and forth. The crank is smooth and easy to switch between lifting and lowering. I definitely think it's worth a hundred bucks if you process everything yourself.

This thing came in handy this year. It came in 3 sections as far as the frame goes. Self explanatory for assembling but was a bit of a pain to attach the winch to the frame since my fingers doesn't go through the cable spool to put a bold through the winch to the frame to secure it but it'll definitely hold my fluffy self and I'm pushing 280lbs

This device works very well. It has no problem supporting a feeder with 250+ pounds of feed. It would be great if the arm were a little longer because the barrel hangs down and can be a little inconvenient to get to the spin feeder. I recommend use cable to attach the winch to the barrel. Keep that as small as possible.

I would recommend this to anyone. We recently had a gramble that was attached to a tree branch but the branch fell in a storm - all of the other branches were much too high to work with. I found this product and we used it four times this deer season. It is easy to assemble and attach to the tree. We are easily able to take it down after the season and store it for next year.

Dangerous. Cable snapped lifting less than a half its advertised capability. See photos

The over product seems solid and hopefully will be using this deer season. My problem is that I did not receive all the pieces. I am missing two nuts to lock the strap in place.

I like it better than the one for the trailer hitch.
