Although the "Air Rod" is capable of supporting a person of up to 400 pounds a person in the 250 pound range is going to find the chair very small.SUMMARY: It is a nice looking chair suitable for a person of less than 200 pounds. Smaller family members liked the chair very much. Big and Tall family members all found the chair to be small. In this sense the ad is very misleading and the tilt tension is a deal breaker

The plush of the chair was nowhere near what I thought it would have been, seat definitely needs a much nicer cushion. You can’t sit comfortably to work for long. It's a nice chair otherwise.

The chair arrived quickly was well packaged well and assembly was easy to do. The chair does tilt however you cannot lock it in a partial tilt position. The arms on the chair elevate fully which allows for more space at the desk when thr chair is pushed in.
