YOU BETTER HAVE ROOM FOR THIS ONE! HUGE!
At 6 foot wide and 10 feet long and nearly almost 2 feet tall (depending on how much air you pumped in - see note to follow) - you better have room in your yard for this huge above ground pool; make sure you are in compliance with your local and or State/Providence laws; some have laws pertaining how big an above ground pool can be before one has to have a Safety Fence up! (KEEP THIS IN MIND!) This size is the maximum my area permits without a fence but requires a tarp when not in use (I have also obtained the Intex Matching Pool cover to cover this). Since colors do vary; I have shopped for them in stores - they can range from Seafoam green to Aquamarine - the one I got was Sky Blue in Color - was perfect; it made my garden POP out even more. NEVER LEAVE LITTLE CHILDREN UNATTENDED; IT IS CLEARLY MARKED ON THE POOL AND ALSO THE POOL COVER AS WELL - CHILDREN CAN DROWN!As far as the fun goes, it's a learning experience for the little ones to learn how to swim - at this point it is only half full at the moment, not even at the maximum line stage yet, but plenty of water to go around. Now if you use an electric pump to fill this up, do not over fill; WHY? Because over-filling it with air and the weight of water inside will actually damage the pool itself. If you have really little children, I would recommend that you fill this pool half the depth of water to start off with so they can learn and grow into it as you gradually add more water and teaching them lessons on learning to swim as well as floating; pool sudden also becomes "Educational" as well as a life saver. With plenty of room for the family to be in makes it all the more fun!PLUS IT'S NOT JUST FOR FAMILIES ONLY, SINGLES TO ADULTS CAN HAVE THIS POOL FOR THEMSELVES AS WELL; after a long hard week, it is big enough to put in a raft or floating lodge where you can rest and relax under the sun but ..... BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL ASLEEP AND BECOME A FRIED LOBSTER!I also recommend the small 1 inch tablet chlorine floaters plus the 1 inch tablet floaters to keep your pool clean plus the PH test strips. Those tablets can go a long long ways! With the floaters, you would want one with a dial type in or twist type end on bottom as how much chlorine you need to be released. If you have soft water, you probably would not need to have the setting on so high, follow the test strip guide first until you have it all set up - on my end my water is semi-hard so one tablet can last up to 3 to 4 weeks before a change is needed. Whenever the pool is not in use, always use the pool cover / tarp and cover your pool. I do not recommend leaving this pool out where there is a chance of snow to ice but in Tropical Zones; you are okay.Yes, you can purchase a small filter machine for this pool if you want to but it is not necessary or required to; it would be far easier in my humble opinion to just let some air out as much as possible without getting water into the middle (there are three areas of this pool where air is to be inflated) as I use Intex Air Pump; then the top layer of pool letting as much air as you can without letting any water getting into the valve area; put some pressure into it and the water just runs all out, far faster than using the drain hole until you have no more water, then you can begin to release air in lower bottom valve as much as possible and normally by this time you can release quite a bit of air, and then flip the pool up side down to drain it out for a little bit. The next step would be moving it to a dry spot and re-inflate the pool, what is helpful here is some chairs to prop the pool up to dry completely - whether you are now going to put it away for storage or going to refill it with fresh water again; typically - as long as the PH test strips are showing fine, once a week or two, depending how much use it has if used all summer long - one would only have to find themselves having to only drain it once and refill it once even if the children swam in it almost every day.* To preserve the pool, please try to avoid usage of any types of oils - such as tanning oils; those that are cream rub in sunscreen are the best but your best option is to schedule a time limit of "pool time" usage with the children as gradually this erases off the "boredom" of summer! You can always add "Fun balls" or Fun Ballz" to volleyball to Pool side Basket ball to rafts to Dive Torpedoes (to name a few and giving you ideas) - all available here on Amazon - so there's never a dull moment. You just might find yourself stuck with them wanting to play pool volleyball all the time or basketball with 2,000 Fun Ballz - even the order of 500 Fun Ballz I have in that pool makes it look like I have only 25 Fun Ballz - this thing could handle 10,000 Fun Ballz (That would drive anyone nuts here, I would not recommend this!)++ Pool tools are really simple unlike the regular sized above or under ground pools - all you need is a telescopic pool scooper / leaf catcher - comes in handy and making pool clean up easy! I DO RECOMMEND THAT ONE TO INSTALL A POOL MAT - DOES NOT MATTER WHAT SIZE, BUT THIS IS TO KEEP GRASS TO LEAVES TO DIRT OUT OF THE POOL... A 5 gallon bucket is handy here - putting it on the side of pool makes it easier for people to come in and out without having all this grass to dirt inside of pool - NOTE: All are available on Amazon. You can put the pool on top of it in part, or slide it near it and with pool time is over, you can hose it off and let it dry.^^^ SPECIAL NOTICE I FEEL IS IMPORTANT FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE VERY YOUNG: If you are a parent with a young child or children who are very young, they will have some problems trying to get in and out from the top inflatable area; my recommendation is, do not over or under inflate the top liner as this does keeps water inside the pool. Work with this but keeping the bottom and middle inflated but not over inflated; even though it may not be "full" but deep enough for them to play in and sufficient enough water for you to sit in and letting them run around and play, as they get used to this, you can add more water and let them learn how to used to the arm floats and learn to swim - there is so much fun.Educational: YESFun: NEVER ENDING OF THIS!Size: BIG - Rectangular - 6 feet wide by 10 feet longColor: I personally have a feeling colors may vary here just like the ones I had seen in Brick and Mortar Pool Stores - mine is in Sky Blue the Image shown here is close to what is called Sea-Foam Green - ALL THE COLORS ARE IN THAT RANGE OF BLUES OF THE OCEAN HUES - ALL HAVE WHITE TOPS TO KEEP THE POOL TOP FROM BEING "HOT"Landscaping: Really makes your landscape POP OUT!REST & RELAXATION: Absolutely - for an adult who has no access or time to drive to a pool, lake, beach, river, anywhere; even having your friends over to soak up would be a blast!Great to have your friends over on a hot summer dog days and schools out and no more hearing "There's nothing to do!"STRONGLY RECOMMENDED - HAVE BEEN PURCHASING INTEX POOLS FOR YEARS AND YOU CAN START WITH BEGINNERS UNTIL THEY GROW INTO IT! KEEP IN MIND - MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH YOU LOCAL LAWS OR STATE LAWS ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN; IF YOUR LAWS REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE FENCING AND A LOCKED GATE, THEN DO ADHERE - A CHILD'S LIFE IS WORTH MORE THAN A POOL!

Great investment!
My kids are 8 & 9 and their friends are similar ages. We’ve had 5 in here at a time with room for fun. Here’s a 9 & 10 year old on floaters with tons of room. Great purchase!

Fun Water Play at a Great Price
This was a very good deal for this family pool. it was very easy to set up, to inflate the pool was not a long process. My two grand divas both age 4 had so much fun they did not want to get out the pool.

UNABLE TO INFLATE, DECEPTIVE DESCRIPTION
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Terrible product. There is no way to fill with air to inflate unless you purchase a separate air pump specific to this pool. This was not stated in description or directions. Also, could not return it because by the time I figured out I could not inflate it, the original shipping box was long gone. UPS is the drio off for creature but they charge $30 for box and tape. Refund would have been $18 total after all said and done. Also, the UPS lady was very rude. So I do not recommend this item or purchasing items that require UPS as drop off for return. I LEARNED A HARD LESSON. Lost all the money spent on something I cannot use. Ended up throwing in the garbage, because that us what it is.

Good bang for your buck!
Good bang for your buck! I got this instead of those viral tanning pools. Just filled it with about 6 inches of water and it’s the same! I even got a $1 floaty at Walmart to lay on. I know it’s 10ft but i expected it to just look smaller and this feels big!Bonus tip: get a tarp bigger than the pool so you have a tanning spot on the side or just a spot to get in and out of.

Our grandsons are REALLY enjoying their summer in the new pool!
Well, I've babysat my grandsons since birth (each a couple months past 6 & 2 at the beginning of the summer), and we've got another due around Labor Day, so Grandpa & I knew it was time to find something other than the tiny little baby pool we'd purchased for our older grandson years ago. When he outgrew it, I ended up taking him to a local park that had a water feature, but that wasn't going to fly this year... his little brother is MUCH more rambunctious than he was, and he's much FASTER than Grandma to be able to chase! Better to have something in our fenced in backyard (and keep in mind that the size of this pool does have fencing requirements, to prevent unthinkable accidents with curious neighborhood kids wandering in unbeknownst to you) where I can more easily contain his wanderlust! (Not to mention having to pack up all of their gear, in & out of cars, etc. for park excursions.)After pouring over the countless insightful reviews, we decided to try this 10ft x 6 ft Intex pool. I'm glad I read the box before deciding on a pump... it specifically states NOT to use an air compressor, and warns against over-inflating. Having had no experience with this size of a pool and not wanting it to blow up in my face from over-inflating, I decided to go with the Intex "Double Quick III S Hi-Output Hand Pump", and it worked like a charm for me without too strenuous of an effort (and I'm no spring chicken!) (By the way, I'd read in one of the reviews that this pool holds 1000 gallons of water... that might well be if you fill it completely to the brim, but there's a "max fill" line maybe an inch or two above the lower part of the top portion - it only holds 264 gallons when filled properly.) My fear of over-inflating probably led to under-inflating... I definitely do have to put a little more air in every couple of days, but the nozzle fits perfectly into the valve and it's not too much trouble. We didn't want to kill a 10x6ft section of grass, so we purchased a large, thick tarp, doubled it over and the pool fit perfectly on top of it on the back patio (well, it took up close to 1/3 of the patio, but that was fine - plenty of room still for our patio furniture so I could sit close by.) The drain hole was pretty much pointless, so our solution for emptying it for cleaning is to use a funnel contraption my husband uses for maintenance of his large indoor acquariums... takes a little while, but worked fine and drained right into the grass at the edge of the porch. Then Grandpa simply stood it up while I hosed it out, and we were able to plop it right back down, ready to fill back up without any deflating necessary. (Our back yard is situated among mature trees, so we also purchased an Intex pool cover to keep the majority of the debris out.)But the bottom line has to be... do our grandsons enjoy it and is it holding up? YES and YES, so far-so good. When the 6 year old first saw it out of the kitchen window, he exclaimed, "WOW GRANDMA, that is AWESOME!!!" Both of them are in the lower percentile of height & weight for their ages, so the 6 year old dons water wings while I keep a full vest on the 2 year old, but I feel perfectly comfortable with the older one playing around in the pool by himself (always within sight, of course) on the dozens of occasions each day that the younger one says, "Gramma - wanna get out?", preferring to alternate pool time with trying to see how many of Grandma's flower gardens he can trample before I can get to him! The pool definitely requires a bit of effort, but the little fellas are worth it, and - at least from my perspective - it's less effort than having to trek to the park every day.
