Review: Doesn't work for me - This garlic press looked sturdy (and it is) and easy to use (and it's not!). Garlic does not come through the press at all when you try to mash the garlic cloves under it. I also tried slicing the garlic, thinly, thinking that would help but, no--all I got was a flattened slice of garlic with upraised "dots"-- impressions from the holes in the press. It would not come through the press at all. Don't waste your money.

This garlic press looked sturdy (and it is) and easy to use (and it's not!). Garlic does not come through the press at all when you try to mash the garlic cloves under it. I also tried slicing the garlic, thinly, thinking that would help but, no--all I got was a flattened slice of garlic with upraised "dots"-- impressions from the holes in the press. It would not come through the press at all. Don't waste your money.

This is a very cool little tool. I was looking for something other than my normal garlic press. The very easy to use just smash it LOL and I'm 6 ft 2 I have big hands and you work ed perfectly I thought it was going to smash into my hand but no. My wife loves it all you got to do is put a little pressure on it and it smashes pretty much anything. I would definitely recommend it for anybody who has arthritis in their hands. Very easy to use easy to clean . Me and my wife love it
