The only negative thing I will say is that the knurling is very very rough and has left marks on my hands every time I have used it without gloves but I put tape over the handles and now it is fine. I use this and the cap EZ bar for skull crushers which is also a very sturdy product! Both products have done nothing but good for my tricep development! Absolutely recommend!
