Works great, but mounting attachment needs better design
This was very easy to install, just mark off the area around each template that was provided, then cut a hole in the wall using a drywall saw. It has room to feed through about 5-7 wires depending on thickness. My only complaint is the flimsy tab that is used to keep it secure on the wall. It doesn't do a very good job of keeping it firmly in place (it wobbles a lot), and there is no way to tell when the tab is in the proper position, so I imagine removing it will probably result in the tab breaking off if you're not careful. I wish they had just provided holes for screwing it directly into the wall instead. However, with that being said, it's not going to fall out of the wall or anything, and since it sits behind the TV, you're not going to see it anyway.

Pre-cut wire not included
I'm not sure if the item description is just wrong or if the seller (Gill Electric) I purchased from (through Amazon) is just selling a different product than what is advertised here on Amazon, but what I received did not come with the pre-cut in-wall electrical wire that is clearly advertised as part of this kit. The box I received (see photo) clearly shows that it does not include the in-wall electrical wire, so what gives?! I don't know, but now I have to spend some extra time and money on this project by going to the hardware store and spending another $20+ on some wire that was supposed to be included in the kit.Again, I'm not sure if this mismatch is an Amazon issue or a Gill Electric issue, but I might suggest avoiding Gill Electric as a seller as it was like pulling teeth to get them to provide even a partial refund of the cost of the missing wire.Aside from the disappointment of false advertising and a newbie/slightly shady seller, the rest of what was received seems like a good product and it serves it's purpose.

Price was right
Price was great considering what can be purchased in a retail store. Installs fairly easily. Goes in like the old work electrical boxes. Wiring was made simple with a diagram attached to the side of the box.

Pretty Good Kit
The inlet and outlet boxes look good after install and you can fit several hdmi cables through the brushed openings (I have three cables installed…could get 1-2 more hdmi cables in there).Things I didn’t like about the kit:1) The Romex power cable supplied was bent 180-degrees multiple times; it was not wrapped in a roll as shown in the pictures. I used my own 14/2 romex - since bending romex tighter than the diameter of a soda can could damage the solid wires.2) The tiny allen head screws that are used to close up the power cable connection compartments are extremely time consuming to tighten with the short wrench supplied. Had to supply a lot of torque to get them tight - had allen wrench imprints on my hand for a couple hours after.

Turned into quite a little project
Bought this after we turned a spare room into a home gym during COVID and wanted to hang a TV to watch while working out. The outlets themselves were fairly easy to install, the real challenge was fishing the cables through the (interior) wall. Turns out the wall interior was lined with foam insulation (the other side of the wall is our garage), so there was a trip to the hardware store to pick up a glo stick which is also highly recommended if you have any obstructions in the wall cavity. You can get a decent one for about $20. Get a wall plate blank while you’re there ($2) because I also discovered something called a fire break, which is basically a 2x4 fastened horizontally about waist level between two vertical studs inside the wall, so a stud finder is also a must. Look up “pumpkin cut” to learn an easy way to drill a hole through the fire break, and use the wall plate blank to cover the pumpkin cut. Since our wall adjoins the garage I made the cut on the back of the wall so the blank didn’t need to clutter the wall inside our gym room.I ran the electric wire which comes with the kit, plus two HDMI cables, a coax cable, a set of RCA cables and a Cat5 for good measure just so we’d have them in place if we ever connect other devices to the TV (obviously you have to purchase those separately). Everything easily fit through the cable openings in the outlets. The whole job took less than an hour not including the trip to the hardware store, and the result looks pretty professional if I do say so myself.Pros:- sturdy construction, nothing seemed cheap or flimsy- fastens tight to the wall for a clean appearance, just make sure to not over tighten the plate screws or you could tear up your Sheetrock- intuitive design so the installation is pretty self-explanatory when you examine all the parts in the box (see Cons)Cons:- the instruction sheet looks like a ransom note from a bad 60s kidnapping movie, everything is all jumbled together in different font sizes and the pictures don’t line up very well to the written instructions but in the end I didn’t really need them anyway (see Pros). In all we’re pretty satisfied, we are able to enjoy watching news and videos while working out now and that was the whole point so, no complaints.

Fantastic solution to wiring
I bought this after a dubious installation for a mounted TV from someone I found off Yelp. They had put a regular extension cord through the wall and plugged the TV into that, and then run the extension cord to the existing outlet. For those who don't know, that's a HUGE no-no due to a potential fire risk since extension cords are not rated for that. But I digress...Instead of having to deal with finding an electrician or risk electrical work on my own, I came across the PowerBridge product. Since I already had an existing hole from the mounted TV installation, putting this in was a breeze. The main thing I did need to pair with this was a fish tape wire puller to pull through any relevant HDMI or other cords.Overall, this has resulted in a much cleaner look for my TV and I'm extremely happy with this product. Included a before and after with wires showing and not showing, which while slight, was the main reason I wanted this product.

No more messy wires!
I made a mistake when I purchased this - I didn’t look at the details closely and bought this system instead of the one with and easy electrical relay connect.... instead opened the box and realized there were actual electrical wires that needed to be connected. The instructions were a bit difficult to understand, so I found a YouTube video that half walked me through installation. I’m a beginner do it yourselfer, but I was able to figure it out - took me at least an hour to set up. There were three areas I really needed to pay attention:1) even with the template I undersized holes for the boxes. This was easy to check and fix with the boxes.2) I needed to curve the electrical wire into the boxes, and push it forward to install; but then move the curved wire back out to lock the box shut.... I’m a woman and have small hands.... I had a lot of difficulty with this due to a lack of finger strength3) locking the boxes into the wall. I’d read the reviews regarding this - so I was careful tightening, so I didn’t overtighten and break the flap like others had. This was easy to gage, as you can feel the box locking into place if you pay attentionAs a beginner, I was able to complete the project in just over an hour. I would recommend this product to anyone who hates staring at unsightly wires, though I would suggest the model without wiring to novice handy persons. This product is definitely a winner.

Product is a bit delicate.
I think it will look good when I receive the replacement tabs I ordered over two weeks ago from PowerBridge. One of the tabs broke either when I screwed it in or when I pulled the wires through the lower plastic box. The replacement tabs cost $1 each so I ordered 5 in case some other ones broke. As I have yet to receive the replacement tabs, I will reserve further judgment until I do.

The effort is worth it
Once you have it all installed it provides a nice clean install. Found the 10 ft HDMI cables were too short for my install and ended up purchasing 12ft ones to provide enough length for the full motion TV wall mount ,so check your length before paying for the 10 ft HDMI cables . The 14-2 wire that comes with the kit is quite stiff and hard to install . It would have been better if they provided a cord that has better flexibility. The allen head screws and wrench they provide is a frustration but it does go together, but could be done better. The Led on the upper box indicates that you have power and is a nice feature. Be careful when cutting your drywall for the install. A drywall saw is suggested but be aware that there could be wiring etc etc right behind where you are going to cut. I used a razor knife and slowly worked through the drywall. I found wiring right behind my opening so be mindful.

Nice option for wall mounting a TV
This is a must-have for anyone that wants to properly run power for a flat screen TV. Easy to use and good instructions. Like others have mentioned, be really careful with the tightening clips, they are fragile. It's the only issue I have with the product and it's something they need to fix with either better quality parts or spares in case something snaps.

Professional look, easy install for less money
I gave it four star only because of the additional work involved in attaching the stripped wires and boxing it. The newer ones are awesome and come with a clickable joint that readily attach. Thats the only difference. But it is still a breeze to set up. Requires minimal effort. However to fish the wires behind your wall, you may need a fishing cable (especially if you have a foam insulated wall)
