Q: Does this product leave a residue due to the oils? As in will it be safe for my cloth diapers?

Have not noticed an oil residue. I only use half of the recommended amount and only use for linens. As it is non-toxic I would assume it would be safe for diapers.

Q: Does this company make a detergent?

Not that I'm aware of. I've been using this product for years, in addition to my laundry detergent.

Q: In a front loading lg washer, do you place this liquid in the fabric softener section of the dispenser at the beginning of the cycle?

I did it two ways. One way was in the fabric dispenser. Other times I put the washer on a second cycle (quick wash and rinse) and put it in the rinse cycle, (diluting it with water in a jug) but with an added amount, depending on the bulk of the load.
