Cons: 1) It's not compact; it's big, so is difficult to take it with me if i am travelling with a small luggage. 2) The buttons at the bottom are not ideal. 3) You have to change attachments to change the airflow when working on the curly style. . Hack I've seen some videos sharing to simply switch the wand upside down when ready to do the right side of the hair to avoid changing the rod.

I bought this mainly so I could do a proper blowout at home, and I honestly love it. It dries and styles my hair so quickly. From fully wet to blow-dried and styled in about 20-25 minutes, which is huge for me. I have pretty thick hair and it’s about 8 inches below my shoulders. The air flow is powerful, I also use it to dry my dog an Australian Shepherd, and it takes me 15 min to have him fully dry. I love the heat settings. I mostly use the round brush attachment — that’s the real star for me. The other attachments are nice to have, but I only reach for them when I have extra time. For everyday use, the round brush alone gets me that smooth, salon-quality finish. Two small things: One, I do wish the handle was a bit slimmer. I deal with carpal tunnel, and after a while it can feel a little bulky. That said, because it works so fast, I’m not holding it for long, so it hasn’t been a deal breaker for me. Two, the buttons could have been placed somewhere else, or have a "Lock" feature. It is annoying to have the buttons touched accidentally and change the heat levels when you don't want it to be changed. Overall, this has made styling my hair at home so much easier and faster. If you want a blowout look without going to the salon, this really delivers.

There are many different attachments for this hairdryer. I bought used and only had a few nicks and scratches. I don’t use it too much to really care, so I saved a lot of money. It’s well built, the cable is sturdy. Sometimes the hair dryer can burn you, but it shouldn’t damage your hair. It has a good temperature setting control, and I always use the cool blast when I need. Depending on how dry your hair is and the products you use dictate how well your hair ends up. In the end, it’s a good value hair dryer with all the attachments I need, does the job quickly and well.

A hairstylist’s honest review- I bought this refurbished so I paid $150, for that price it was definitely worth it. The actual blow dryer part of the appliance is great and that makes it worth the money alone. However, I have long, wavy, frizzy hair and while the curl attachments are very easy to use and my hair looks gorgeous when it’s done, the style does not have the longevity that it does when I use a large barrel curling iron. I do love the volume I get from using the curling attachments. I think if someone has straight hair this would be the perfect tool for you. If you have wavy hair just know you won’t get much longevity out of your blowout if you use the curling attachments.

I was sooo skeptical on how well it would work at first. But I freakin love this thing. I got mine refurbished, and it looks and acts brand new. I saw other reviews saying theirs had hair in the brushes, but mine didn’t!! I got this tool specifically to tame my frizzy wavy hair and to achieve gorgeous blowouts, and it does exactly that. At full power it’s extremely loud and high pitched, but for the results she’s worth it. The first picture is right after I curled my hair and separated the curls. My hair was so shiny, fluffy, and kept their shape especially after the cool shot - I didn’t even have to pin up the curls. The second picture is after I had slept in it with my hair in flex rollers, GORGEOUS!!! Super fluffy and shiny hair. The perfect blowout, I got so many compliments on my hair that night!! The last picture is after I briefly combed my hair - about 3 hours later. My hair gets tangled very easily so I combed it a bit and it lost almost all the volume and curls :( so I won’t make that mistake again. The only gripes I have with this is how heavy the tool is, how loud it is, and how long it takes for each section: about 10 seconds on hot and 20 seconds on cold, not to mention the tool only accepts small sections of hair, and you sometimes have to push your hair up the barrel to ensure it all wraps on. But overall I debated buying one of these for SOOO long and I finally caved, and I’m so glad I did. I just need to figure out how to make these curls longer lasting!!

Have only used it a couple times. I love the hair dryer. It leaves my hair smooth and soft and has cut my drying time in half. I have fine, straight hair that styles fast and easy. I found the brush accessories work OK, but I can get the same results with a brush. It may increase the volume for a short time, but tends to flatten again within 20 minutes or so. I found the curling accessories cumbersome. It has a learning curve for sure. Your hair has to be the exact right amount of damp, and it works best on hair that's equal lengths. I have some long layers and have to separate really well to get a nice curl. And even clipped out of the way I have trouble with the air drying the next piece I'm going to curl before I have a chance to curl it. So I need a spray bottle to dampen it again. For me it takes more time to curl it with the flex styler than any other tool I own. It make absolutely gorgeous bouncy curls if you have the time. But for me they relax very quickly and by the end of the day are almost gone. If you have mostly one length hair and it holds curl really well, this would probably be amazing, if you have the time. I bought some mousse to see if it will hold longer but havent tried it yet. I use the hair dryer everyday, but not the accessories. I was able to get it refurbished so the cost was much less. Not sure its worth the price otherwise. But I do think if you have hair that curls easy and hold it, this would work well for you. For me its more work for less curl.

Seca super rápido el cabello, pero cada que me lo seco siento que me queda reseco, enredado, y desde que lo uso he sentido mi cabello muy maltratado, puntas abiertas, pelo deshidratado...no lo recomiendo
