I see some size complaints - they are 15 x 20 Inch and suitable for vintage book inserts (old bibles)?

My sheets are 15" X 20". They are acid free and can be used with fagile vintage linens and books.

will the color run if it gets wet?

I took a sheet and ran it under (both hot and cold) water so it was very wet. The color did not run, no color tranfered onto a white towel when I pressed the two together. It's fair to say it's color fast.

Is this paper good for photo storage?

It is acid free and photos need to be mounted on acid free paper so I imagine if you wrap them in this tissue paper it would be ok

Can I use this for muffin liners to bake muffins?

Mmm...I wouldn't; it isn't designed to take the heat of an oven. I would be concerned that it would catch fire and that it wouldn't come off the muffins easily. I'd stick to muffin cups - I use the silicone type which are reusable. This paper is designed to wrap and store items that would be affected by acid.
