Crisp form, and nice aesthetics and details.
I've gone back to collecting 1/64 after taking a long hiatus. There are great companies making models, such as Tarmac Works, Mini GT, Inno64... but one thing that can never be overlooked are Hot Wheels' premium cars. Hot Wheels produce some high quality stuff, and this is one of them. The 190E has a metallic finish, much like the Zamac line. Therefore the form is crisp and clean, and has contours in the right places. Details on the front and back are impeccable, and printed with dot-matrix I believe. I find Hot Wheels tend to be a bit shy in providing details in these areas, but they have done a good job here. The model has a nice weight, notably due to the metallic underside of the car. Wheels are accurate to real life and roll great. The tires are also rubber. So all in all, an excellent car.A couple of cons: the Mercedes symbol is printed on the front of the car, which looks a bit awkward. The real life counterpart evidently has a metallic symbol that stands on the nose of the car. I can understand why they printed it flat onto the surface of the car, but it does look odd. The second issue is the wheels. Whereas they are accurate in form, the plastic grey of the hub caps look mismatched with the metallic body of the car. It would have been nice to have had them painted with metallic paint.Overall a worthy addition to your collection. Highly recommended.
