Having suffered a fissure & surgery I need to keep things, shall I say, soft.This did work, only drawback is the texture, which isn’t nice., sort of thick and sticky.The actual taste is unpleasant but you can get used to that.But it works. Good value for the money.

Tastes nice and easy to chew. Gently effective.

Seems to work well. Have 1 at about 9pm. Helps me go the following morning. Will buy them again. Get stuck in your teeth a bit. Lol. And they are quite big. But that's ok. Would recommend.

these were recommended at the hospital that other patients found them very good as a mild laxative. They do exactly what they were recommended for...........

These cubes are a natural product and as such very easy to take and does not upset the body, just sends you to the loo in a timely manner, keeping my insides working naturally as they should by giving them a 'little nudge' from time to time when I have been eating too many of the wrong things!

My first box seemed to work but then gradually stopped. But looking at the ingredients this product contains Guar Gum which is very bad for your guts. It’s a harmful bacteria - it’s used to bind up ingredients - used in a lot of foodstuffs. The avoiding UPF movement cites this alongside Xanthum gum as harmful and to be avoided. (UPF is Ultra Processed Food)
